HI All, As per my experience with BE12.5, not able to restore a single mailbox if mailbox has been removed or disconnected. If you check GRT opetion after that also it will not work, this is a major issue with BE12.5. I tried lot of triks and steps to restore the mailbox but always it give errors or failed status.

Hi Guys, Currently, I'm running Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 and configured Antivirus and Antispyware policy and set "Enable Internet Email Auto-Protect" to Disable. But the clients are showing Antivirus and Antispyware protection OFF (Fix)..How should I resolve this issue!! Thanks Raj

SEP can be disabled using Process Hacker (http://processhacker.sourceforge.net), a user space process. We appear to have a trojan like infection in our systems at Alice Smith (KL) and I have seen SEP disabled by a malicious attacker via process hacker.

Hi Everyone, I am having an interesting issue with Altiris. When I run the PXE Configuration Utility then click on edit boot image the boot disk creator starts but then quits. When I run it on its own from the menu it starts up fine. Running Altiris 6.9 sp1 Anyone have the same or similar issue?

Hi, this morning I noticed that on one of our Altiris Deployment Solution Servers (v 6.9 SP1) the altiris eventlogs are missing. Does anyone have a clue to a cause or (even more important) a solution ? It's not a matter of autorisations (local admin on specified server). Also there's no difference between local and remote (MMC) viewing of the eventlogs.

Recently I upgraded a virtual member server in our domain to Server 2008, I am trying to upgrade the SAV Client from 10.1 to 10.2 however it keeps getting rejected saying "This Version of Symantec anti-virus does not support Vista platforms". The disk is fine with clean builds and installations. Is a complete un-install of 10.1 and reinstall the only option?
