I'm having some issues with item tasks. One issue is with the built-in task called "Dell System Information" located under Connector Samples folder. By default it trieds to import the %SystemNumber%, which does not work for us since we don't use the Dell service tag as our names. So, I cloned this and placed it in the User Defined folder, then corrected this to %SerialNumber%.

Altiris Indiana User Group Meeting Join us at the next Altiris Indiana User Group meeting on Wednesday, February 4 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Wiley. ITS will give a presentation on "Planning & Preparing for NS 7 Migration". Butler University will also give a presentation on their use of Altiris. As always...lunch will be served!

For those of us that with end-users that don't submit their requests via the winuser console but are allowed to submit Satisfaction Surveys, we'd like to redirect them to the View Item screen as oppose to the winuser console.
