I have inherited a Deployment Server 6.9 environment that is used for imaging client machines in an active directory domain environment.  Currently all machines are running Windows XP and the current practice is the following:  Create image by installing WinXP, joining domain, installing applications commonly used in our base images, installing AClient, and creating a 'Capture Image

I'm having problems remote controling a computer that is running the dagent. If someone is not an admin the dagent will not show up in the systray. The computer shows up in the deployment console and we are able to send software to it. For whatever reason not showing up in the systray affects our ability to remote control the computer.

With all of the materials for Intel vPro technology on this site, vpro expert center, and other location... I'm interested to hear how you are using the technology, what additional information you'd like to hear about (I have a number of ideas), etc.
