It sounds as if this was created and exported from another SEPM that has inbuilt templates that are not available on your SEPM. Are you in a position to try recreating the policy from scratch, or have you tried running a LU on the SEPM?

I am trying to setup a customized security role similar to the "Asset Manager" template, I want our helpdesk to be able to add and view Assets from computers and monitors but I also setup some Data types for other products for example, Smart Phones, Tablets, Aircards.
