Ok this is not really related to Symantec but could become an issue with the new console should an exception not be allowed automatically.  I did some research and I found that with Office 2007 there has to be an exception made for the mouse in the scroll properties.  Go to control panel -> Mouse properties -> scroll tab -> click exception button.  Browse to the executab
