Using Helpdesk Console 6.5 Supposedly workers can add new queries by modifying an existing query or creating your own SQL expressions. The Clone icon brings up the New Query page pre-populated with the properties of the selected query. This lets you easily create a new query based on the properties of an existing one.

Altiris South Carolina User Group Meeting Join us for the next Altiris South Carolina User Group meeting on Wednesday, January 21 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Southeastern Freight Lines. The meeting will include a demo of NS 7 and a presentation by Aaron Hudson on how they are using Workflow Solution at Scansource. Lunch will be served.
