Symantec ServiceDesk provides many benefits and exciting features and functions but one the one feature that many clients are asking for is the ability to search for incidents based on parameters. Today ServiceDesk provides the ability to enter an incident ID (process ID) or a task ID in a text box, but that is as far as it goes.

Depending on attendance we may need to join forces next year.  We were heavy on the Burns & McDonnell people otherwise I'm not sure we would have had a full team.

User Group Challenge at Symantec Vision 2010 Las Vegas - April 13

Attention all Toronto Symantec User Group members attending Vision 2010 in Las Vegas!

The 5th User Group Challenge will be on Tuesday, April 13 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm at the MGM Grand. Symantec User Groups from across the nation will compete in a series of challenges similar to the Amazing Race and Survivor for big prizes, bragging rights, and the coveted User Group Challenge trophy

It's time to bring the trophy back to Canada.

If you are attending the conference and wish to participate, please contact me directly at  wilson.queiros@humber.ca.

We need 3 or more members to qualify.
