Maybe a quick and dirty solution - make an MSI with pskill.exe in it, import into software manager and look for conflicts.  It might be worth sticking the file into several folders, eg TEMP. From what I recall, it should not be too ...

The main status in the background is not reporting an error.  It is green as well.  Was there possibly an error due to out dated definitions that has since been resolved as clients checked in with updated info?
