I think that we should implement some sort of rating system for our knowledge base articles. This would let our users know how helpful the article was before attempting them. It would also let Symantec know which articles need to be reviewed and possibly re-written for clarity. Also it might be nice to see a rating on how difficult a certain KB article is. This can let users know what kind of technical experience they should have before attempting an article. That way a user who doesn't even know what a registry is doesn't find himself/herself way over his/her head with a BSOD and no backups : ) Not that any of our articles do this but mistakes happen and by clarifying how hard an article is it might save certain users headaches.

note: Also I don't think something as simple as the thumbs up or thumbs down work for this because of how they cancel each other out. Maybe a so many stars out of five or so many points out of ten would be better.
