Add current version info to SEPM Console home page

Symantec should add the latest available version to the SEP Manager Concole home page.
We counted in the past year that there have been 7 or 8 software changes -- so many in fact that there was no way to get from the currently installed package to the latest one.
This already happens in other Symantec products, namely, Symantec Mail Security for Exchange.

This is an excellent idea.
It could be done similar to the way the console already does with Virus Definitions.

I fully agree, this is a great way to notify the Admin there is a newer version.

This would definately make things easier
I agree this would be a welcomed enhancement. Not only so that customers can stay up to date with releases available, but it would make it that much easier for them when they call into support to verify the release they are currently running.

Only issue I can see is availablility of new release for customers. All new updates are first available for platinum accounts and then they are available for rest of the customers. sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks to see new version on your account. But I agree with this idea.

Agree it would be better to have it more visible and even have some type of proactive communication to the end user when new versions are available.
