Add an MSI option to skip LUCHECK

There should be an MSI option in the Endpoint Protection client installer to skip LUCHECK, or even better, to skip the entire LiveUpdate dependency part.

Use RUNLIVEUPDATE=0

One of the way to overcome this is to use RUNLIVEUPDATE=0 which will prevent the execution of LU when installation completes. In order to do this, the single exe file option would have to be disable.
