Add a PREVIEW button

I don't think it really necessary since you just save then look at your post and edit what you don't like.

The main problem is when you press the SAVE button , then you see some paragraphs not aligned or wrong ( i.e. wrong copy and paste ), but in the meantime the post is already pubblished.  The preview avoid these mistakes and allow to be sure before post something.

I agree with Riva. Preview will help to save time. like most of the HTML tool do. A preview on top + HTML at bottom of the page.

I know about a long post could be prepared somewhere else, like notepad or Google Docs, but the main thing is the frustration when you have copied on the little text box in Connect and after clicked the Save button , you see something wrong. The Preview can save time and produce a better result for all articles.

Most forums that I post on regularly have two buttons; One button is for Preview, one button is for Post.

I use Safari as my default browser and find that the text entry box is truncated to about 1/3 it's actual size on screen.
This means I can't see my whole post at once.

Someone mentions preparing the post elsewhere and CnPing it in.  Great idea in principle but unfortunately Connect now scrapes your paste of any formatting when you paste something in.

A preview button for all posts (forum replies, articles, blog entries) would be very useful to avoid having to just cross your fingers and edit afterwards.

An alternative could be add a preview the final post and a confirmation before publishing.

Are there any future projects for preview on Connect ?
