Add search capability to "My Activity" or when tracking another member's activity

I'm seeing many new questions in the forums that fall under the "asked and answered already" category.  I would like to see the capability to do a keyword search within our own activity, or that of another member who has demonstrated a good working knowledge of the product.  It gets difficult to remember the exact post you remember seeing or posted an answer to, and the general searches cast too wide a net.  This would make it easier to link the new poster to a possible solution to their issue.
