Admins have ability to send malware files from users quarantine with details

I know that SEP have the ability to allow users to send the files from the quarantine to Symantec for analysis. I wish the admins can have the option to do that without the use of a central quarantine and also have the option like a tick box to send in additional information like the registry entries, running processes and services, and maybe some contents on the System Folders. This won't take much bandwidth if it were a text file.
