SEPM server should have a feature where the installed agents on clients can be uninstalled from the management console. This has to be looked into.

Sorry aanago-123, but I need to share with you my opinion.
From a technical perspective, I can agree with you. Maybe this feature will facilitate some tasks... mainly for troubleshooting or upgrade (This last in the minor of the cases). Until now, OK with your idea.
But from a commercial perspective I can't share your idea. I respect it, but not share it. Our competitors (as I know), doesn't have any tool or way to uninstall their agents. I think this is a feature that difficults that a customer to evaluate migration to another platform.
