Allow Jobs with Client Task Schedules

Creating a Client Task Schedule in the NS7 console gives you a lot of scheduling possibilities that would otherwise not have access to.  Unfortunately, you can only run a single task as part of the Client Task Schedule and cannot schedule a job.  With a Client Task Schedule you can, for example, set a schedule for a date in the past so that a task runs once ASAP, or runs on System Startup.  You can't schedule jobs to run at System Startup, and setting a job to run "Now" is not the same as ASAP.  When you schedule a job to run "Now" and the target device is powered off then the first task in the job will eventually time out.  The job fails and needs to be rescheduled.  With a Client Task Schedule set to run on a past date the target system will process the task as soon as the system is available and the task will never time out.
