Allow Log mode (test mode) on Device Control

The idea is,
Like application control has a test mode, that allows applications to run but logs the operation.
On the device control you cant do such a thing and you could only block or un-block without logging.
Adding Log mode to device control will help creating better reports and allow better policy management.
