Current Product Behavior (How does the product work now that does not meet your needs?)
Currently, when an email is sent from Helpdesk with more than one address in the To field, only the first email address is added to the history.
Requested Product Behavior (How would you like the product to function?)
Add all email addresses that are manually entered into the To field to the history.

More than all "To" email in the history,
===> We would like to have all "Cc" also in the History part,
because we currently loose those informations, valuable for a Service Desk.
