Assign Incident to Me
Currently in SD7, if you want to take ownership of a call which was assigned to your Group, you have to go through about 3-4 pages and numerous clicks to complete a fairly common / simple task.
It would be a huge improvement, if we were to have a single button on the incident which says 'Assign to me'
the call would be assigned to the user logged in (provided they had rights) and it would then drop out of the current group.
Propably saving Service Desk engineers a good 30 mins per day... :-)
