Add an "include all subdirs" option to broaden the search capabilities of specific parent folders. It might also be helpful to send the search results to a different window to allow easier sorting and selecting.

That option can slow down or even freeze the GUI if directory tree is big and a number of files is huge. The command line (bplist) already have depth recursion switch (-R)
