better shared drive control

It iis necessary to specify each media server name in vmoprcmd command in order to bring a tape drive up or down or reset it.
I thin it is very convinient to have an option -allhosts, which will run the command for all media servers connected to the same tape library. Example:

vmoprcmd -up 1 -allhosts
