This is to allow the capture of OST files to be disabled if required, as currently they are cpatured by default and the only way to prveent this from happening is to comment out the relevant section in the actual A2i file directly.

The following path item needs to be added to this new A2i entry:

[11.x Accounts - OST Files]
Flag=Registry
Base=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\<#VAR:085#>\Outlook\OST
Values=*.*

Flag=File
Base=%MI_LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook
Values=*.ost

And finally, the path items in the A2I which capture .ost files in other sections need to be deleted, so that this new entry is the sole item for OST files.

Have you figured out a way to disable "Exchange Cache Mode" within the a2i?  Or is there another method to disable this on the capture machine in an automated fashion?

I have the registry entry that can set "Exchange Cache Mode" to disabled, but I'm having difficulty settings this on the capture machine as it's user-specific.

I also sent a private message to you.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
