If this work we can save our manual work to open cabinet or doors also usb pen drive is very compact than usb cd drives.
so is it possible???

Yes
you can install using USB Pen drive
now a days all pen drives comes with bootable facility. Just copy your setup in to it and reboot your system.
I Have installed drivers as well from Pendrive
but how????
installing drivers is something diffrent but we need bootable files to start pendrive as detect as cd rom .
how it will work do you have any details about it.
any links kindly provide.
