context menue "scan for Viruses" in Terminal session

Having the possiblity to have the context menue "scan for viruses" in terminal sessions would grant more administative value for Server admins you like to scan certain files on a server.

There is a reason this feature is missing in terminal sessions.

It is because only the minimal parts of the client are loaded in order to avoid having 3 extra processes for each user that logs on.

As a workaround I suggest right clicking any file you wish to scan and choosing properties; This will cause Autoprotect to scan it.

(I realize you wont get a fancy dialog that tells you the file is clean/was scanned, but the end result is that the file gets scanned.)
