Create one definition that includes All SEP clients needs

Today its pretty hard to update definitions on endpoint clients.
there is only one definition file available and its the anti-virus, and if the corporate is experiencing network problems then the client see a problem (because not all definitions are up to date).
if there will be one update file that would be great.
