To customised Alert message and User notification in Netbackup DLO

I am using DLO 6.1 MP4 and from the begining ie 6.0 ,getting two alert messages for the pst backup.The thing is here both the messages were having same body part so we can not identify what the message is for.So I would like to raise a question here can we have a facility to customise these alert mesages as per customer requirement.If not then please change it so that one can understand properly what the message is for.

Secondly,right now there is no user intimation through DLO so that user can come to know about the backup related info.So can it be possible to make some changes where user can get these mails .
