Daily Virus Definition Update

Now we already have daily intellegent update for unmannaged client machine.

And we are daily downloading definitionv5i32.exe on one system and run maually to all clients to update.

Locally we do this very easily but @ remote location which have lower bandwidth this is not possible to copy 40 MB or 50 MB update on WAN.

So in this scenario can we copy incremental update manually which is apprx siz of less than 2 MB.

What I wanted is you aware that i.e. at Kaspersky website there is a definition download available for daily or weekly basis which is only appx 1.2 MB.

If Symantec will add this option @ his website to download daily wise update then it is very helpfull for all.

This is my thinking because we have lots of servers, Desktops and Laptops were there are no network connectivity and we are copying the definition and updating through pendrive,

And @ location also one or two systems have WAN connectivity so we can copied the same 40 MB definition there, after that the local engg will copied in to his pendrive and updating the same to all systems.
