Declaration of all new viruses

Declaration of new Threats, Risks and Vulnerabilities are already being done by Symantec .
Its just than you have to go to visit symantec's website

So since its there on the public website I don't think there a need for a email and it won't be even possible to send email to all of its customers about new threats.

If at all Symantec starts doing it it wont take long for Symantec to be tagged as "spammers" as so many threat a found daily.
So its better to view it on the website.
