Hello,

We are having issue with our Lotus Notes Agent. We got a case at support site (412-623-361). The case is escalated to the Backline team and they told me that there is nothing to do and they requested us to submit enhancement for the issue, that's why I'm submitting this enhancement.

The issue is; there is difference between Activity Monitor and bpbkar log. Forexmple 10 NSF files have been skipped during backup, I see these 10 NSF files in the bpbkar log but activity monitor just shows 5 of them. That's causing really big issue for our customer. Because this customer is Bank and the NBU team is not able to login/acces to the Lotus Notes Client. So that they are not able to know which files are backed up and which are not! They cannot trust the Activity monitor.

The issue is needed to be fixed by SYMANTEC as soon as possible. I’ll be waiting to hear good news from Symantec.

PS: If you want I can share the logs. But, you can find them in the case history.

Thanks. Regards.

Is there a limit set in your

Is there a limit set in your general settings that allows only 5 entries to be displayed before being suppressed? I think that, or 10 is the default. You can make it limitless- we've had directories skip over 2900 files and it all shows in activity monitor.
