Doesn't allow administrators to delete from user archives when retention category denies it for users.

Unfortunately, there is no way to grant administrators delete permissions on user archives when using a retention category that denies general users the ability to delete items from their vaults. It doesn't make sense that an administrator must lift the retention policy and allow delete for all users in order to perform an administrative deletion from a single archive.

why dont you just take the
why dont you just take the deletion buttons away from users, make deletes in outlook become soft deletes, also restrict deleteo2k.asp on the NTFS side to only be accessible by administrators and then you can remove the deletion protection from the retention.
