During Vault process - add verbiage to Job Details during Image scans

Add information to Job Details indicating it is scanning images as it prepares reports.

During Vault process, it ejects selected tapes then scan images as it prepares reports.

Here is my current vault:
09/24/2009 09:22:20 - Media Ejected from Robot.  Please empty MAP.
09/24/2009 09:38:33 - Eject complete with status 0. 66 of 74 media ejected

My Job Details are over an hour 'out of sync', with no messages indicating it is even doing anything.
