This is a request to enable the Altiris Knowledge Base (KB) to be searchable via Google or other search engine.  This will allow customers to be able to find information about Altiris when using a standard internet search.  This will also allow this information to be cached by Google and other search engines so that it is available when the Altiris KB is down.

Many other vendors, such as Microsoft, allow their knowledge bases to be searched via standard internet search engines.

I concur!!

I would vote this up a hundred times if I could.

I knew there was an Altiris KB article that had a list of all the SQL queries that drove the Resource Manager page in Altiris 6, but I couldn't remember what it was.

The KB # is 37584 and the title of the KB is "Resource Manager Page Queries (37584)"

Problem is, if I plug in the phrase resource manager page queries in the KB search box and select All Words, this KB -NEVER- comes up.  I have to search on the title to find it.  The search on the KB is absolutely rediculous and half the time there may be a KB that addresses your issue but it's impossible to find.
