CMDB and Asset Management Solution 6.5

When a custom class is created, the attributes within that class cannot be edited. The data type cannot be changed. An attribue cannot be deleted either.. The only way to make a change is to delete the whole dataclass and recreate with the new / changed desired attributes. This is very annoying and time consuming.

It will be much nicer if the custom data classes could be edited.

I think the problem with

I think the problem with allowing edits on dataclasses is that you could remove information and loose the data contained, and change too much data.

Albeit this functionality could be good for pure asset functionalities to much modularity could be counter productive in the case of inventory or other imported data classes (as the shcema changes would have to be reflected in the data source as well).
