End users should be able to select which tab is displayed as a default after logging in to CA 8.0

When end users login to Compliance Accelerator 8.0 they are brought to the "Home" tab within the UI. Our Compliance department has raised a concern that end users (reviewers) only need to use the "Review" tab and have expressed that being brought to the "Home" tab confuses them.

I suggest the interface should be customizable and allow a user to select which tab is displayed as the default when logging in.
