Enhance EP11 client full scan schedule

Currently changing our client full system scan frequency from every Wednesday to the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Due to limitations with the current EP11 server interface, we would have to manually configure the scan day each month to coordinate with the 2nd Wednesday.
Requesting a calendar view or some other option be integrated into the interface whereby we could specify the specific weekday of the month to scan rather than the current number only option.
