Enhancement Request: Add option to filter for BCC: only addresses

It would be nice to have the ability to simply identify (with a compliance policy) recipient addresses that are sent with a Blind Carbon Copy.
Currently, you can create a policy to match a single address, but testing for a range of public email addresses that should not be BCC'd requires a rather complicated set of policies.
Request:
Add ability to filter for recipients that are BCC only.

Are you saying your company policy is OK with these recipients on a TO/CC line, but not on a BCC line?
If they shouldn't be allowed at all --- perhaps you should use "Text in the specific part of the message header", select Envelope recipient, and create a dictionary of recipients/recipient domains.
That said -- I too would prefer to be able to seperately select To/From/CC/BCC in policies. SBG 8 and above have enough rule and/or flexibilty that I'd rather add multiple conditions. "Text in this specific part of the message" should also allow a dictionary as a data source.
I also prefer splitting "Subject, Body or Attachments" into seperate features.
