Enhancement Request: Provide ability to restrict the Symantec AntiVirus service from being stopped through the CLI.

Symantec Endpoint Protection has the ability to prevent disabling the Symantec AntiVirus service without a password, but this feature does not cover using the "net stop" command to disable it. The service will automatically restart after 5 minutes, but this leaves a 5 minute window to execute threatening code. I do not want to recommend modifying permissions.

This is a request from long time...not sure if it would be done...you can use a GPO to stop users from disabling the service
