Enhancements to bpdbjobs, -hoursago and -filter

I would like to see an option added to bpdbjobs that would allow you to only see the last few hours, kind of like the -hoursago for bpimagelist or the -t option in vxlogview, and/or a time range, like the -d/-s and -e options in other commands.

Also I think it would be great to have some ability to filter like in the activity monitor in the console.
