When using the NSF migrator is there anywhere to merge the archives into the current mailbox instead of having it under FOLDERS. Please could you add this option in future releases if it cannot be done.

Also, I understand that the shortcut was removed from archived Calendar entries because it causes problem with reoccuring meetings. The problem is the user does not know which calendar items are archived. Is there anyway to change the icons of put a flag on the Calendar item to let them know it is archived?
