Enterprise Vault Archive privileged deletes

Currently Enterprise Vault will not issue a privileged delete command to the EMC Centera. Standard deletes work when deleting an item that has passed its retention date. Our Centera (in Governance mode) is setup to allow privileged deletes. We wish to be able to delete archived items within the retention period if the item is not currently on a legal hold.
