Export job takes 20 minutes to complete.
I have a policy to export the tape after my backup job completes. This pair of jobs are done at night. The export job will take 20 minutes to complete because there is no one to respond to the alert to remove the tape from the portal. This means that 20 minutes of my backup window is wasted. I don't see why it is mandatory to repond to the remove tape alert. It is not necessary for me to remove the tape immediately. Tech support says that there is currently no way to solve this problem. It will be good to be able to specify in the alert categories a short time to clear this alert.
