Feature Request: Default agent install location has been reset after upgrade to MR2

When I run agent update policy after update downloading and install. Agent was uninstalled and installed again in new version but not in my original location ( c:\altiris ) but to default location ( c:\Program files\altiris ). And configuration of NS crashed ( many configuration point and feature in NS call my originally location )
I resolve this uninstall new agent installed by the policy and manually install agent with new location not default.
In my opinion when I activate automatic update policy. ( in this policy I can’t configure alternative location ) I can configure location for all agents but what when in my configuration I have mixed location configured. I should be able to customize it.

I take it you are referring to the SMA, yes?
I dont see why an upgrade would remove it and then install it again in a different location.
Has the product team looked at this?

I’m source of this problem :
it seemsthat upgrade policy is simply install job after uninstall, this install job take configuration not from original configuration before upgrade ( registry ) but from configuration in NS where configuration is different, and this is bad.
