Add a mechanism for creating global filters that apply to all clients.  It would likely have to be a separate mechanism for Windows versus linux versus UNIX clients.  But make it simple to create a list of filters that applies to all of each client type.  At this point the only way I know to do this is to click the Host Properties/Clients - select a group of clients - right click - then select Propeties - then once the new window is generated the exclusions can be added.  The problem with this method is if you have a large number clients it could take overnight before you have access to the Exclude List
