GMT time in notifications needs to be configurable.

Notifications sent from the SEPM (at least for Single Risk Events) are sent with the GMT time. This should configurable.

Options would be something like:
- local time of the machines incident

- local time to the IT department that would be handling the incedent

- the ability to have multiple entries in the alert where you could select any of the above +/- the current (GMT)

somewhat duplicate

Like I mentioned earlier, a forum administrator that could move my idea underneath similar ideas seems very beneficial for Symantec.

My idea did mention though that having multiple entries of more times, like both GMT, the servers time, the clients time.
