GUP Bandwidth Usage Setting

While configuring GUP now there is no option in console to set how much bandwidth it should use. If such an option get included it will be very helpful for the customers who is having less bandwidth.

Will be configurable via the SEPM console LU policy with 11.0.5
When 11.0.5 releases this month, you'll see its possible to configure this via the SEPM console.
(you can configure it today also, but it must be done via the registry on each GUP machine directly)
