how can my upload to downloads can be published?

Some days before I try to upload two usefull tools to download, but so far seems still under admin's review.
How can we upload a tools and be quickly published out and give correspond reward points?
I think, the quicker publish and help to others and correspond reward points will give us more passion to upload more useful tools here!

Hi Ivan, a few of the content types have a review cycle
downloads, videos, and articles have a review cycle, where the content takes a bit longer to show "live" on the site for consumption. However, I would suggest PM'ing the community manager, who can often go into that area of the system and review it...

I believe it depends on the load cycle of the administrators. Particularly it involves intellectual property and mischievious people might also attempt todistribute malware. hence this might take time.
Nevertheless you can try using Eric's idea of checking with the community manager.
