How to Merge Reports in OPS Center Ver 7.0

Dear all,
Please advise how we can merge two or three reports and generate a single report.
Example. I need a daily backup status report of last 20 hours. Where I want to see the status by selected policies only. Where I want to ignore to monitor the test/adhoc backup policies.
Where I want to select the Media server Name, Client Name, Backup Size, Exit Status Code etc, and
If the status code is = 0 then send email to abc, if status code is != 0 then send email to abc and def parties.
