Import list of domains with all features (TLS, routing, etc)

We manage a large list of domains for local delivery and for required TLS.  On a regular basis we have to review and update this list on multiple control centers.  I would prefer to maintain a master list that can be easily maintained and imported on each control center.  Another option would be the ability to export the entire list with config from one control center and import to another.  The current import only allows a list of domains with minimal routing information.
