The ability to be able to include the User Comment History as part of the HTML email body that gets sent to the user / group you are assigning the call to.
Currently the only way to see this, is if you click on the embedded link to access the email. However we have Engineers who are often offline and only have access to email, and a greater need for more details or discription is often needed when the initial email alert is sent out to the Engineer.
