Incoming folder missing

After upgrading MR4MP2 incoming folder is missing for ver definations and dat definations take a long time to download and the downloads are hung.Needs to be fixed in Mr5

All of our testing of ugrades
All of our testing of ugrades to MR4 MP2 from various previous versions do not show the results you have seen with the Incomming folder missing. This appears to be a technical issue regarding corrupt definitons prior to the upgrade. Please contact Symantec Technical Support for assistance with aspect of your upgrades.
